- 2004-May 2007 The Foschini Group - Part of the regional Group HR team responsible for Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Free State across the various Foschini Group companies. Assumed the lead on recruitment & selection as well as corporate social investment.
- 2007-Oct 2017 AfriSam (SA)(Pty)Ltd - Responsible for the shared service centre business units with presence on the HR Leadership team and key member of the Commercial & Support HR Operations Team with a dotted reporting line to the Group HR Executive. The role influenced a broad range of stakeholders, typically up to and including senior management.
